a little Q-View from this weekend

well on saturday i put on a pork shoulder for our sunday dinner put it on at 11:30am and cooked until 9:00pm took it to 174 deg everyone loved it sorry didnt get any pics of it sliced we ate it the next day after church and wasnt thinking about taking a pic ...lol i was HUNGRY!!!!

Half of a potato for a probe holder. That is pure genius!!!! I have been sitting here the past 30 minutes thinking of how to weld something to hold one inside my CG smoker. Thank you ikrus!
