Finally, some decent weather here in upstate New York. Doing a few butts and some beans for my buddy's motorcycle club. Got the 1904 pits Forsyth going with the butts. Running it on reverse flow mode and some beans on the Slinger direct fire cooker with the heat deflector installed. It's 12:00 somewhere time for a scotch and a cigar 😁

Doing the hot and fast thing today. Not a ton of time. About 4 hours in going to wrap soon. Beans are done though 😁
