Hell everyone, my name is Ernest and everyone knows me as BigPaPaE or BigE. I have been cooking for many years and am glad to now be a part of your forum!

I currently have a Char-Griller Charcoal Grill and a Weber Performer Platinum and NOW looking to add a Masterbuilt Extra Wide Propane Smoker...well atleast that is what told "Mrs. Claus" what I would like for Christmas

I discovered this website after seeing the reviews on the Smoker. BOY am I GLAD I read the reviews!

Hope to learn a lot more and to share what I know with my recipes.
