This evening is a dozen broiled lobster - (smoked prime rib yesterday...so good)
I trapped the lobster in the frozen food aisle at the Sea of Sam's Club.
I prefer the warm water (Caribbean) lobsters as they are bigger than the cold water lobster, for the same price, and they taste/texture identical (to me) when cooked.
I use my spatchcock shears to split the shell...works better than anything else I have tried
I doubt I have any plated shots as it will be a circus when all the kids/grandkids get here.
Prepped
and seasoned for baking with garlic butter and a splash of paprika for color
About 9-10 minutes on broil will get 'er done...
