I think it is funny when I see typical "California" style burritos posted on the internet. They are not incorrect but usually they are the stereotype ones that you see very often. Things like French fries are more of a novelty than a normal thing. There is nothing wrong with those kind but the ones I love best are a little more complicated but taste so much better. I made one last night although I did not prepare all of the ingredients myself. My wife bought a salad and I stole some of it to make this great burrito. You can buy one three times as big as I made this with the same ingredients at local chains but I don't have a huge stomach so this will do.

I snapped the pic before wrapping to get a better pic of what is in it.

First hot stuff. Sonran flower tortilla is a must. They taste 100X better than any other flower tortilla I have ever had. Add shredded cheddar cheese and chicken. Either fried or rotisserie, either one will do. Heat it up until the cheese melts then add the cold stuff. If you have a Mexican supermarket near you they should have the Sonran tortillas. Sometimes my local Walmart also has them.

Carrot shreds
Lettuce
Pre-cooked pasta
green onions
Mandarin orange slices
Fried noodles - store bought
Chinese style of a vinaigrette

I know this sounds complicated but once you eat one you will know just how great a burrito/wrap can be.

Looks like a hot mess... could you wrap a couple up for me? I'd try it in a heartbeat! I usually have a hard time getting my burrito wrapped up due to over filling!
