Hi I am a dad of two with an extremely large extended family from London England.
I have a Green mountain wood pellet smoker that I've had for over a year and has served me well.
I have cooked numerous amounts of chicken and pork, a couple of briskets and a Christmas turkey ( which turn out to be the best turkey I've ever tasted ) i've joined this forum hoping to pick up some handy tips from some more experience smokers
