Seasoned a 2lb loin with steak Seasoning let marinade for 6hr wrapped. Pulled out 1hr before cooking, set z grill typhoon 706 to smoke for 30 minutes in hickory. Then set temperature to 225 until it reaches 130 degrees, brush A-1 on both bides turn heat to 250. Turned once let it reach 150,pulled off let rest.
Had baked yukon golds as well. Boil them 10 mins,double wrapped in foil with butter and salt. Tender never dry by boiling them first.

Nice lookin cook .
steak seasoning get down in the meat. Helps keep it moist.
I use Canadian steak seasoning from Trade East . It works magic on poultry , pork and beef .
It does retain the moisture .
 
I'll have to look that brand up,thank you. I go against the grain when it comes to seasoning.
 
Going to grill green beans for soup,should be tasty.
