Hello to Everyone,

I'm 40'ish Industrial mechanic, that's my day job. I've worked in radio in the past and it is still a passion of mine and the other is smoking/ grilling. I've built my own U.D.S. (ugly drum smoker) and have used it as my go to smoker. I was planing to build a monster offset smoker but the U.D.S handles everything I've wanted to do. Plus it was a lot cheaper to build with great results. I'll post pic later. I've smoked several chickens, pulled pork, ribs, some for family gatherings all on the U.D.S. I also have two gas grills, and yes even the old brinkman smoke/grill modified of course.
