Made my first pork shoulder on the UDS I built last fall, I used Jeff's Cherry Dr. Pepper recipe. I could not find the Cherry one in singles so I used the regular, didn't want to buy a whole case as I don't drink pop. Had it on for 11 hours and it only reached 197 degrees as my fire started to burn out, now I know for next time to use more charcoal. The pork pulled apart very easily and the bone slid right out and man was it good. I'm already looking forward to my lunch on Monday, leftovers!
I snapped a quick photo at the 3.5 hour mark but I was so excited when I took it off the smoker I forgot to take a picture so I took one after the shredding.

As good as it is now it will be even better tomorrow, and if any of it makes it to Tuesday you won't believe how good it taste.

Nice job on the shoulder, and from what can see good bark also.

point for sure.

Thanks everyone really enjoyed it and the recipe was super simple, I've got so much I am tempted to eat it for every meal until it's gone. Hmmmm, pulled pork in my oatmeal, I think it can work lol.
