7 Bone Question

    Will this have a stall? Been between 146 - 148* for over an hour.

    Most anything with any size can stall.

    I used to have a 57 Ford that would stall at Stop signs & lights!! [​IMG]

    Switched to Mopars---No more Stalls.[​IMG]

    Hard to stall if it won't start.  That fruit was hanging so low I couldn't help myself.

    Brad, I just had Smoked carnitas for lunch, but now I'm hungry again.

    No sense in starting a new thread, even though this one is 3 years old. Doing another small 7 bone for lunches this week. I rubbed it down last night with SPOG and also injected it with chipotle butter. Pics to come.

    I just pulled out a 7 bone to cook in the Cream can tonight or tomorrow.

    Temp at 155 IT. I added some Dr Pepper to the pan below to get it up to temp for when I wrap it at 160 IT.

    Wrapped and back in to get to 200-205 IT. It is really moving now that it is wrapped. One probe says 183 and the other says 172. Once one gets to 200, I will rep robe a couple of places to make sure it is accurate.
