Wow king! Sure looks nice. You’re gonna love having the two racks like that on each side.
I love mine. You can get so much food in there.
 
Actually working on a rack to go in between those two for when I'm cooking ribs...
 
Stack is done. Tomorrow we will build a fire in it. Left to do... Handles. Plug holes in the top of tank. Tool to grab racks for moving in and out. Few little here and there grinds/welds. Sandblast. Paint. Temp gauges.

Looks great. How did the ribs come out? How did your temps hold? Love that you have a fireboard. Such a great instrument.

Temps were up and down, have tweaked the rack in the firebox a little and helped it. Mostly just need to get my timing down for adding wood. Overall happy with the outcome. Cooked some butts yesterday and going to do a belly in the next day or two.
