Tom, nice job on all the butts. I wish I would have mentioned that when I smoke many butts at a time I stand them up on the flat part. I think you possibly could of had 5 on there at once doing it that way. 2 laying flat in the back and 3 standing on end in the front. The shelf may be a problem thou. I can get only 3 big butts on a grate laying flat and 4 if I stand them up on a WSM!!!
