The meat guys finally came through for me. I probably asked him half a dozen times to save me full plate ribs. A few hours ago I get a text that he has some set aside for me, very close to 25lbs which is four plates still cryovac'd.
I dropped what I was doing and drove down to pick them up, before one of his guys cut them into short ribs.
Im set for the rest of the summer with a total of six 4 bone plates. I had two in the deep freezer already.
