So this was from Tuesday. What a great time! My neighbors and I each cooked three racks of baby backs and fatties. We then cooked a secret weapon. We drew three names for each cut and had a celebrity judge. Each cook was assigned a colored plate. The cook who had the most plates won the trophy! So we had a spinach and mushroom fatty, a burger and mac and cheese fatty, and mine was filled with meats and peppers. The secret weapons were pulled pork butt, bacon wrapped shrimp, and I did the Tri-Tips. Great time had by all! Food was great and I get the trophy for the year!!!!
