Hello Lou,
Those dogs sure look good. I love sausage and Hot Dogs too. Never had a Hebrew National. I buy Nathans New York Hot Dogs because of the flavor. Is your recipe anythink like Nathan's?

My favorite dogs are Hofmann's out of Syracuse, NY - skin-on dog that is delicious, plus their white-hots (coneys) are great, too! Can't find a good skin-on hot dog here in the DFW metroplex.

Well oddly I don't remember if I've ever had a Nathan's hot dog. Seems like I did at the airport once but I don't recall what it was like. A Hebrew National has a courser texture than your average hot dog, a little more like a smoked sausage.
