Brisket is on at 6am not expecting that many people this year. So on the menu is 13# brisket 3 spare ribs stuffed Jalapenos and baked beans. Here are the pics

Pics are here the feast was great. The ribs rocked and the brisket was good but not my best. I dont have that good of luck with the smaller briskets. The large briskets I have the best outcomes.

Look at the bark on this bad boy.
