Simply WOW! That looks so juicy! Curious what your pit temp and final IT was? Especially for 16-1/2 hours!

I ran it mostly at 225 it would vary up to 235 then I would cut it back trying to stay at 225. IT was 207 when finished.

How do you like the Tonys rub? I see people using his seasonings quite often but not for a smoke.

Thanks for the like. I like Tony's I use it on just about everything. Now they make different types they make reg bold extra spicy and one with herbs which I use on chicken when doing it on the gasser.
