I puchased this Weston 48' propane smoker and can't get the temp. over 200 degrees. Any advice would be helpful.

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. I would check the venturi valve first to make sure nothing has clogged it. If that doesn't help then it may be the regulator. That unit comes with a 20,000 BTU burner so it should have no problem getting hot.
