4 butts w/qview

Last weekend I smoked 4 butts, Gotta love that WSM, over charcoal and hickory. I use plywood for a wind break as you can see in 1 of the pic's.
Started smokin' at 4:00pm Friday afternoon and pulled them off at 8:00am Saturday. I am calling this pulled pork week, I gave away most of it and froze 1 butt.
