Absolutely beautiful! Big like!
Thanks disco!
Too bad that is so far away. I’m still looking over this way, so far not much luck! If that changes I will sure let ya know!
Yea driving for 3ish days makes it not the best deal, but as you know I'm always in your neck of the woods so much appreciated if you find and share a source!
Those beef ribs look awesome!! Much more meatier than what I see around here.
Thanks xray, the butcher always butchers them so I'm happy to find a source for the unprocessed batch.

Ok been so excited to do this leftovers!!!

Started with a butter roux in the large CI

Then added a cup of Marsala, 2ish cup beef broth and 1.5 tbs of better than, then dropped the two leftover ribs in the sauce

then added 1/2 an onion, a few carrots, and some Yukon’s and the a bunch of SPOG

it got covered with foil then in the oven at 400 to roast......now I’m waiting not so patently for the spuds and carrots to cook.......

After 40 min ish I pulled the foil for about 6 min then turned on the convection broil for another 5 min to toast up the top......the final results = YUM!

This may just me me but THIS is a true meat and potatoes meal!

Oh Man ------ Beautiful

Gary

Thanks Gary, I'm going to admit that the leftover meal was a few steps above the first off the grill meal. I had to wait a day to do it because I was out of Marsala and had wait for the liquor store to open to get a new bottle.....I was NOT going to use the "in store" full of salt crap!

Super leftover Sir best thing I seen here yet for my tastes anyways :<) I' am a big beef stew and pot roast fan so this take on your ribs is awesome.

Thanks negolien negolien for the "love". If you haven't tried it before its a 100% bucket list item for sure. You get smoked crusted tender beef with savory stew gravy, but with a enhanced overtone touch of the Marsala. Oh its also rather simple!

NICE!!! I've found a market nearby that will let me have them before they cut them into short ribs and occasionally they have them at around $3 @ lb.

My wife always tells me she doesn't like beef that much, but she will growl at me over the last chuck rib.

Thanks! 3 a lb would be a nice price! Lol about the growling! I’m betting there is a look in the eye that speaks volumes as well....
