3rd smoke ever!

First time was a slab of ribs for myself. Would have never been able to pull it off with out the help from this forum.

Second time was Super Bowl Sunday. Five slabs.

Third time... Today. I decided to try a lil' something different.

4lb turkey breast.
1lb fatty wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cheddar and jalapenos.
18 ABTs.

What do you think?
