Did three diffrent ways. One was honey with mustard, twisted Q rebel rub,and my own rub. Smoked them on a old smokey

That was a LOAD of ribs for that grill. They look great! Like!

Haha right! Im glad i got that rib rack yesterday. But im in the market for a new smoker, that one is just getting me by while i look for the perfect smoker for me
 
My old MES40 died and I bought this one as a replacement.

Masterbuilt 20075315 Front Controller Smoker with Viewing Window and RF Remote Control, 40-Inch
(I tried the paste the link - but it disappeared - search for this on Amazon)

Did 2 racks of ribs on it yesterday and it did just fine...and it is on sale!
