After checking a few posts last night I decided on our smoke! Memphis dusted chix wings and some applewood rub pork loin chunks.

Thanks, using cherry wood today does that count as a serving of fruit?;) I think I'll crisp the wings up on the gasser hopefully the wife will come up with a side dish!
