So last weekend I smoke my 2 pork butt and made pulled pork, and I have to say it was 8.44 pounds of pure deliciousness. I used a store bought pork rub mixed with a good amount of brown sugar all on top of a yellow mustard rub. Next time though I am thinking of trying honey mustard.
Its going into the freezer until friday night.
Putting it into the smoker
As its being pulled, this one smoked for about 15 hours
and just some cornbread muffins to look at, this weekend we are going to do ribs.
