So last weekend I smoke my 2 pork butt and made pulled pork, and I have to say it was 8.44 pounds of pure deliciousness.  I used a store bought pork rub mixed with a good amount of brown sugar all on top of a yellow mustard rub.  Next time though I am thinking of trying honey mustard.

As its being pulled, this one smoked for about 15 hours

and just some cornbread muffins to look at, this weekend we are going to do ribs.

Good looking pulled pork for the first time out of the chute. Nice lob. Try some molasses one time and see what you think. Honey also works well.

Now your additcted. Nothing like smokin your own. Have you tried soflaquers finishing sauce? Give it a try, it takes the PP to heaven!!
