Our contract was up . The Company I work for offer a $250 if we sign the new contract. Not a lot of money but,
it could buy a few things for my smoking , sausage making and soon to be "cold smoking" Addiction !!!!!!!!!!!
here a few things to start off with.
In the middle is my new stuffer from "Buchheit" . its a farm store in Sparta IL. on sale for $99.00
was using my Grinder to stuff sausage but that a pain .
then got 4 tires from Harbor Freight for $3.49 apiece !!!!!!!
they will go on my smoker so I can move it around a lot easier.
lower right is a fat Separator from Bed, Bath, and beyond for under $5. Will use that for the Pull Pork juice and for the turkey gravy i make.
lower left is a "Mini Nicer Dicer" for $9.99 at Bed ,Bath and Beyond. I seen it in "venison pizza/ cheese stix" by "NEPAS"
tried it today on some cheese , works great!
and what in the white wrap ???????????

been wanting to go to a Real Butcher shop and they had bellies for $2.19 LBS.
this will be my first try at cold smoking bacon.
all I need now is the A-MAZE-N-PELLET-SMOKER from Todd .
