    Sholder Clod is a lot better than brisket in my opinion...,Looks super.

    Great looking piece of beef. I have never heard of a shoulder clod before. Thanks for posting.

    I smoked this chunk for 17 1/2 hrs until the thermometer slid in like butter . The guests were amazed at the tenderness of the beef the smoke flavor was awesome !!!

  16. Clods are a fantastic way to feed a lot of people some really good food.  Yours looks great.
