Then you won't be able to say it was tough to slice!Just finished up slicing and bagging. I ended up with 14 bags plus what we ate yesterday plus some in the fridge.
These pics are all of the second batch that was smoked to 148. It was a bit tougher to slice than the first batch but not bad once chilled in the fridge overnight.
I really enjoy making this awesome stuff but I'm glad its done, lol. One day maybe I'll get a slicer!
