Hello all, I have always liked smoked foods, and being an avid Hunter they go hand in hand.I've used small scale smokers before but now I have great friend's that bought a 130 year old home in Ontonagon,Mi. Which had a 1933 Crosley Shelvador refrigerator. I asked if I could have it and they said YES ! Amazingly it still worked , but not for long . I started gutting it for a Smoker ! So now I will need some help. I live in Northern Wisconsin in the Minocqua area.
