Let's see how this goes never done ribs dont have the best smoker ever but hey it was free cant go wrong with that

Your smoker looks fine to me. Once you understand how it works you'll be amazed at what you can do with it. BTW it looks like your off to a good start with the ribs. How'd they turn out?

The outer layer got way to hard but the inside was nice and soft
Im a have to give it another try with more ribs :emoji_laughing:
 
Nice looking ribs. You don’t have to have an expensive smoker to make good Q. Just keep practicing. We all had to start somewhere. Even if you mess up it’s still probably going to taste good. Good job.
 
Great first time!! Practice is the key, also try doing the ribs next time using the 3-2-1 method, you will be very happy with the results!

I did the 3-2-1 but I guess I let it dry to much in the 1st 3hrs and on the 2hr part didnt add apple juice or something to help it from drying to much so just ended up with a kinds crispy outer layer :emoji_laughing:
