Your smoker looks fine to me. Once you understand how it works you'll be amazed at what you can do with it. BTW it looks like your off to a good start with the ribs. How'd they turn out?
Nice looking ribs. You don’t have to have an expensive smoker to make good Q. Just keep practicing. We all had to start somewhere. Even if you mess up it’s still probably going to taste good. Good job.
I did the 3-2-1 but I guess I let it dry to much in the 1st 3hrs and on the 2hr part didnt add apple juice or something to help it from drying to much so just ended up with a kinds crispy outer layer
