i bought this Dyna-Glo smoker about a week ago, assembled it and seasoned it the first night. Well now its time for the first run on it. I have a 14lb. Brisket and 9 lb. Pork butt on it. The brisket has been in for almost 8 hours now and the pork just now got put in. I havent had any trouble keeping the temp between 200 and 230. Everything is going great so far. It looks like the hardest part of the night is going to be staying awake. But i will prevail! Thanks for looking :-)
