1st smoke chicken quarters, 2nd smoke PP, 3rd smoke ribs, 4th smoke ??

So I'm getting a little addicted. I'm also having people over on the fourth (not a lot of people, 6-10) and I'm looking for what to smoke next. My first second and third smokes all turned out great.

I'm thinking maybe another butt or two might be a good idea. Most people like good pulled pork. I can match it up with burgers and hot dogs on the grill. 

Then again, maybe I could just try something new anyhow. So far everything has gone pretty well.
 
I think I'm intimidated by brisket at this point still. And I don't know a good way to do a smoke for as long as I'd need to at this point!
 
I have the Red ECB, the electric. I had to cut the ribs I had in half to get them on it. It's worked out pretty well for a first smoker, I must say.
