Are you going to leave "as is' or use a finishing sauce?
Since it’s my first big smoke leaving as is. I wanted to get my smoke time down. I’ll perfect the details next time around. I learned a lot today. I can control the smoker fairly well now.

When you get to the point when you want to try a finishing sauce, I recomend you check out Chef JJ's (Jimmy) or SoFlaquers finsihing sauce recipes.
Once you use either one, you will find that you really don't need BBQ sauce or very little when you're shooting for PP sandwiches.
