Well dinner was a success. Everyone ate their fill. There is still a mountain of beef waiting for you all to roll in 🤣.
I have to admit it was a little over cooked. Fall apart tender and delicious. The point was great. So moist I hardly had to chew. No real smoke ring, and slices didn't tug at all. Might have needed some more seasoning. I'm still surprised by how quick this was done. 10 hours for a 20 lb brisket @ 250.
Pretty happy overall. Gonna get some sleep tonight.

Bam! That’s where it’s at! Excellent, delicious beef. I’m cooking pork for the throw down, and that beef is making my want hurt. Nice job.
