1st attempt at wings!

So I decided to try to make so,e wings.

Brined them overnight.
Set the smoker to 220 with mesquite .
Applied Corkys dry rub.
Put in the smoker for 2 hours
After I took them out of the smoker I put me on the grill for about a minute each side.
Added Corkys BBQ sauce to about half.

They turned out great. The family loves them!

Thanks to all who have posted their experience here. I read and learned a ton.
