smoker is a cookshack sm360 capable of 500 lbs. of meat and worth over 10k by itself. Has 3 sink setup plus separate handsink. 35 gal water tank and heater. needs water pump and greytank still. numerous outlets, air conditioner, fridge, big counter top, about 90% complete to start a business. windows on both sides for service.
