So this weekend we're having a birthday party for my now 6 year old daughter. I made a pork shoulder for my 2 year old's party last month. I'm usually not a huge fan of pulled pork, but make it because the wife likes it. Last time I cooked it on the smoker the entire time (205f internal temp before resting) and wrapped in butcher paper. All I have to say is I had 3rds until I was ready to burst at the seams and wanted to do another. We asked the oldest what she wanted for her party and she said pulled pork.. well OK if I have to. This time I made 2 shoulders 1 @ 7.5LBS and another at 9.5LBS. The large one finished first although it was closest to the opening from the baffles and I choose the use aluminum foil this time. The bark was a little soft, but still turned out great. Both were done in 9 1/2 hours running 275F.

Thanks guys, her birthday was on Thursday and she was sick with a stomach bug, which dad got later that night. The party went well and everyone went home with leftovers.
