15 Bean soup With Q (and bear) VIEW

I have always enjoyed a batch of 15 bean soup.  Today it got over the top when I used 2 quarts of smoked water and the dirppings of two butts from my water pan.  I froze it about a month ago and have been waiting to use it in something.  i beleive I found the perfect use for it, SOUP BASE.  not salty like a base you would purchase at the store,  and more flavor than you could ever get out of something purchased.

I can't stop eating this stuff. lol  My wife doesn't like bean soup so that means more for me!!!!!!!

Great looking soup. Sounds like a great base.

I have some smoked ham in the freezer waiting for the temps to drop so I can make some soup.
