13 Days Without TBS = Ribs & ABT's

Hey all, since work has kept me away from smokin for almost 2 weeks..... In my opinion, there should be laws against that ! :biggrin: Anyway, couldn't take it anymore.... So first day off & tossed some ribbies & ABT's in the good ol hickory TBS ! :sausage:

Some ABT's.... Doing this smoke with a little help from Sam Adams Octoberfest..... Feels good to crank up the smoker, smell the hickory TBS & kick it with a cold one !

Nope, never foiled them other than warming up leftovers.... Usually that doesn't happen though ! The fam loves ribs !

Looking Good Justin! Gonna be a nice Smoke! As far as beer, I'm spoiled living in the Mecca of Craft Beer. I enjoy Sam Adams. But we can't get that here in Growler fills!

Ribs, ABTs, Beer..........Ah Man, it doesn't get much better. Everything looks terrific. I use to wrap my ribs but haven't lately, and have to say, I've been pretty pleased without the wrap. Can't wait to see the final pics. :drool

Octoberfest is great! Has to be Sam Adams though, and IMHO it's just south better on draft. I don't drink a lot of it outta the bottle.
