Yard birds on the UDS ... Sheepherder bread, Dutch's beans & Cherry/Pineapple Cobbler in the Dutch Ovens.
 
Looks like a fine batch of grub there Cajun! No breakfast yet, you are makin me mighty hungry!

What a wonderful q-vue, cooking in cast iron dutch ovens is one of the things on my "to do" list for this summer... I am a little intimidated by the whole process, but you are making it look very easy. Thanks for the great vue!

Don't be. It's fun and not all too hard once you get some of the basics down (sorta like BBQ).

After being drawn back 200 years this past week, I saw several amazing dutch ovens, and I can not wait to go get me a few....I think I will be seeking them out online this week! it looks like so much fun...
