I posted this here because I have chicken and pork.

Fired up the wood burning uds with oak and maple.



Meat seasoned.



Temps between 300-350. Everything on.



Almost done.



Dinner. Chicken pics are dark. Damn phone.





Will try to get some lunch pics of the csr's.

I would relish a plate like that right now!  The corned beef sammich I had for lunch wasn't near as good as I'm sure that was!
