Hey guys! Been lurking here for a while, gathering info for my smoker build. Started off by following the awesome guides on build volumes for proper flow, then began google image searching all the different options out there. Took a ton of design cues from TMG pits, and tried to implement any other features I could find that seemed like a good way to do things. All 1/4” plate, double walled insulated firebox, removable interior racks to allow for rotisserie attachment as well as a Santa Maria grill conversion, etc.

This beast weighs in at just under 4500lbs. The main cook chamber can handle up to 120sq ft of cooking surface, or 17,280 sq inches. The hot box has another 11,520 sq.in of racks, just in case I want to make a year supply of Jerky while I smoke 20 briskets 😂

This build is entirely overkill for my needs, but in my defense, it was a lot smaller in the computer than it ended up in real life! Trailer build for it is next, as well as fully welding out the seams on the outside. This was fully laser welded on the inside, which kept things nice and straight. I just need to get back to my actual job for a minute before taking this any further.

Hope you like it!

Insane! Beautiful! I'd name it 'The Leviathan'!

It is pretty small 😂, will you build a large one next? Haha couldn't resist. Looks like a very nice smoker

Nice looking smoker build.

Man that is an awesome beast. Great job building it. Hav you had a chance to build a fire in it to see how it runs?

That's incredible! Can't wait to see it in action.
So how do you move the thing?
