Owner of a WSM, Weber Kettle, and Z-Grills pellet. WSM is by far my go-to, and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been smoking for many years, but in the last ~4 years, it has become a bit of an obsession.

Glad I stumbled upon this forum - it looks to be pretty active!
