I saw one this morning... on the floor. Unfortunately I live on the approach to regional airport and it's a definite no fly zone. I can apply for an exception, and have, but now's not the right

So...I watched this yesterday maybe the day before, but all things aside you gotta give credit to the operator flying this thing inside of a 7-11. I'm a simple person, but this changed my perspective on a few things.

Yeah indoor flying isn’t easy. First day I got my drone I flew it straight into a ceiling fan in my living room. The ricochet almost killed me lol

lol there isn’t an amount of money that could get me to go to that part of the country!
I actually lived up there for my first 18 years and there is no friggin' way you could even get me to visit, aside from drugging me first.

I also grew up in an a rural part that was mostly farms, but the farms that used to be there are gone.

Ah come-on Jake. With that shiny new hat. You'd fit right in with the boys of Trenton, Newark or Camden.

Chris
Nobody I grew up with would willingly go to any of them places. It'd be a have to case.

My maternal grandparents actually lived in Newark when they were young, but it was a different place back then.

I went up there for a job in my early 20's. I got hurt on the job and recovery time let me collect workman's comp.

I was back to work before I ever got the check, but it was written on a bank in Newark. So off I go to get the check cashed at the main branch.

Along the way, I see people living in cardboard box homes in parking lots with laundry hung on clotheslines and Cadillacs parked outside.

After all that, the bank would not honor my Kentucky ID to cash the damn check lol.

I will say this. There is always at least one block in those cities where all the lawns are well manicured, no graffiti on the building, no homeless encampments to be seen. Entry to those area's are by invite only unfortunately.
