In the cooler probably depends on how good your cooler is. Turn your oven to the lowest setting and you should be good there. Just needs some kind of moisture in the wrap.
I have an Inkbird and like it. Only thing I dislike it graph feature in the app. If you change temps or close the app it deletes the graph. Not sure on the other platforms if they do the same. I know my Weber Igrill saves it for the whole cook though.
If the WiFi works well I may have to look into one. That’s the one thing I don’t like about most of my thermometers is the range. I end up using my old digital display one most of the time.
The other thing I think about is if I have the WiFi one with me when I’m not home, I wouldn’t be able to...
Good advice here. I usually cook in cast iron if I can. We have some nice pots and pans which I can’t even tell you the name that’s how little I use them.
