Hi really new to smoking after getting a bbq last year and playing around in the garden with It I’ve finally convinced the better half to get a smoker, as you can imagine Scotland’s weather isn’t the best for outdoor activities but hoping to get some meat smoking soon so looking for any advice and to link up with people in the Uk to see how it’s done
