    Rubbed down with a Sriracha Compound Butter and covered with Sriracha Powder and Italian Dressing Mix. Smoked at 250 for 2 hours then 325 for 1 hour and 20 min. i forgot to put the beans in until the last hour, but they were fine. I’m becoming a big fan of the Sriracha Powder.

    I read your earlier post and did clean, the voltage was tested from the element lugs.

    I have 18.2 ohms on my element, good voltage to the connectors and the element will not get hot. Ideas? I got it at an estate sale with the cold smoke attachment for $60.
