So I have a size box style.  They took 6 hours.  I did 3-1.5-1 with back ribs.  I bought them at Cost Co as they have a three pack of VERY LARGE ribs.  I also threw on a whole chicken and the smoker actually crusted the chicken, but I still put it in the oven and that really did...

    I'm glad you asked.  I am actually using Pear wood.  I found this guy on CL and he has a ton of it, I just had to split the logs and now I have different sizes.  It is a great wood.  It is partially like the other fruits...apple.
