I am looking for opinions on adding a Camp Chef PG24MZG to my smokers.......
I also will probably b e adding a pizza oven as the weather warms up....... good , bad, Indifferent ???

I know Camp Chef has one and I have seen a hack where you can make it fit the Traeger but I just saw an advertisement for a Pizza Oven for TRAEGER.

So I had all my recipes written down and while I have several racks of ribs recipes, I my wife asked for the falling off the bone ribs today....
I started off by memory ,,,, got the smoker going - put on the dry rub, and I usually smoke about 3 hours or so, then I put them in a foil pan with...
So I dry rubbed the ribs first and smoked them, Then put them in a foil pan with BBQ sauce, pineapple juice and a bit of water.... sealed the foil pan and cooked for 2 hours at 275......
They turned out great.... now the ribs are all gone... I have a pan with all the liquid sauce left..... Is...
