I thought you had eaten it before so I was foolin with you, my fault. You can eat it raw but DONT those critters are known for tape worms so make sure its cooked fully and check the meat. Go with a slow cook , white wine, chicken broth and your favorite garlic sauce.
I heard this technique of mixing woods and resulting in better flavors. Never tried,, so Im going to smoke a pig booty and wondering if any of yall ever mixed apple and maple together in the smoker with pork? Thought I'd ask before hand , I don't want to ruin the flavor.
