Ya... Already had to install 1 1/2 inch long extension tip on tray handle to bring charcoal tray all the way up, closer to the cooking grate.. Originally it would only go up about 5 inches from the cooking grates...

try to bypass thermostat and see if furnace 🔥 up... other than that could be faulty door switch, pressure switch, or dirty flame detector sensor...
Sorry man but I instantly kick in to troubleshooting mode when I hear some electric smoker doesnt work and furnace is just that: electric smoker...
Nothing was right since January 1st and beginning of 2020... I said before and I'll say again to conclude year 2020:

Man, you're giving me to much credit... I don't own plug and play type smoker... it's just that all smokers electrical design is pretty much same and easiest way to troubleshoot is to start disconnecting from end (heater and measure voltage....

Thanks to all of you... yes, it was quite experience... especially bbqing on wood lumps charcoal... no way to turn the heat down so I was focused like a doberman moving as stuff around grates as fast as I could and trying to put out buttery explosions all over the bbq...lol..... Was I lucky...
